To place an order with us you can register for an account or check out as a guest. Once you have placed all the items you require into your basket simply click checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Shipping on all of our products is free so no nasty surprises at checkout!
Don’t forget to visit our Discount section and make sure you take advantage of our multi-purchase savings.
You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and a further email once your order has been processed and despatched by us.
Payment for orders is accepted through PayPal. You don’t need to create a PayPal account to use PayPal – you can check out as a guest using a debit or credit card. If you do have a PayPal account you can also use your PayPal funds. PayPal ensure both buyer and seller have transaction protection and we have used their services for many years with no issues.
All shipping costs are free on all of our items although we currently only ship within the UK. Orders under 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail with an average delivery rate of 2-3 working days. Orders over 2kg will be sent via a courier with an average 3-5 working day delivery rate.
The time it takes to process and despatch your order is typically 1-2 working days.
Should you decide that you no longer require your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days for a full refund. If the order has already been despatched the refund will be given once the goods are returned in their original condition. These rights do not extend to bespoke or made to measure requests.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you have a change of mind and need to return your items for any reason you are more than welcome to return them at your own cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the items and return them back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
The items should only be returned after first contacting us for a Returns Reference Number. They should be returned in their original condition and packaged appropriately for the return journey.
Refunds for custom made bespoke orders are at our discretion only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have supplied us with the correct measurements for bespoke orders.
Bespoke Order Requests
We cannot always accept bespoke order requests, especially during periods of high demand for our standard products. We will always respond to enquiries to confirm this. Any bespoke orders we are able to accept will be price quoted on an ad hoc basis.
All of our products are made by hand in our workshop, not mass produced by machine. All dimensions stated on the product descriptions are approximate to the millimetre but we endeavour to make the products as close as possible to those stated.
Appearance of the bracket metal we receive from our supplier can sometimes vary slightly from the product photographs but will always be of the same quality and we will ensure your brackets are made from the same batch of metal to achieve an even appearance.
We handmake our products using raw mild steel which can be left raw for an industrial, rustic look in dry environments. If you intend to use the products in a moist environment and wish to maintain their original appearance it is advisable to treat them with a preservative such as wax, clear lacquer or paint to be carried out by a competent person.
Customer safety is important to us and our brackets have been load and stress tested by us and by an independent product testing specialist.
It is vital that brackets are installed by a competent person using the appropriate tools to a sound project surface. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this is carried out safely.
It is very rewarding to us to receive messages from happy customers and lovely photos of their projects completed with our handmade brackets!
We aim to leave a smile on the face of every customer who orders products from us. If for any reason at all you feel we haven’t succeeded in our aim please let us know so we can put things right for you.
We dislike spam and the selling on of personal information. We won’t do anything with your data we wouldn’t want anyone to do with ours!
The personal information you supply to us will only be used for the purposes of processing and completing your order. We do not sell or pass on any of our customer’s details to third parties (except delivery companies of course for shipping purposes) and we will not share your information with any other organisation unless bound by the law to do so.
